New Year, new start

Yesterday, over Sunday lunch, my Sister asked me if there was something wrong with my blog. The last post she read was 'Happy Halloween', two months ago. Her subtle hints are not lost on me, despite what she may think. I have been busy. Just a lot of gift shopping, food preparing, party going and general merriment instead of miniatures. So yesterday afternoon I set about making something new.

You see Sis, I do get around to it...eventually!

The shopping bags were made following a fantastic tutorial by Eliza at Wasting Gold Paper (the only thing I changed was inserting some shop logos onto the paper before printing).
The digital art was bought from Tenisha at Digital Revolve who kindly re-sized it to miniature. The rug is from the fabulous Minimodernista and the leather Louis Vuitton bags are made by DollhouseAra

May I take this opportunity to say to everyone in the miniature community, my family and friends

Wishing you much love, peace and happiness for 2014

see you later

  21. What a great room, you've made a great looking closet and bed! I really like the filligrane pattern of the headboards and closetdoors, and you also did a great job bringing the room together with great accessories and photographing it! Yes, I could just have said "love it, well done!", but hey, I'm just a wordlover ;).
I wish you all the best for 2014 too Pepper, and more. That you hopefully can keep making the great things you make, and not in the least the best health possible!

  22. Hey Pepper! I had your blog on my list but for some reason it must have been deleted. I wondered why you hadn't put anything on in a while. Anyway, awesome work with this and a comfy looking bedroom. P.S. love the retro-looking rug!
